Go to consider.com/login and enter your work email address.
Consider uses passwordless authentication. You will receive a one-time passcode by email, or, if your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will be redirected to your identity provider to complete sign-in.
Consider workspaces are intended for work email addresses associated with your company.
Use your official work email address when signing in or accepting an invitation to a workspace.
If you do not have a work email address, contact support@consider.com.
If you cannot access your workspace with your work email, contact support@consider.com and include your company name and the organization operating your job board.
An Admin in your company workspace can also invite you from Settings → Invite colleagues.
Consider identifies jobs from the public careers pages, third-party job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by companies on the job board.
Jobs found at those sources are added to the board and kept up to date as the source listings change.
Job board owners and member companies can also post jobs directly through Consider.
Changes from a public careers page or ATS are reflected after Consider next checks that source.
When a new role appears at the source, it can be added to the job board. When a role is no longer open at the source, it is removed from the board.
In the rare event that more than two days have passed since you changed the source job and the update is not reflected on the job board, contact support@consider.com.
Yes. You can post a job directly to the job board from your Consider workspace.
There is no additional per-job fee for posting a job this way. You can set an expiration date or leave the job open until you remove it manually.
If the job comes from your public careers page or ATS, update the listing at the source. The job board will reflect the updated information after Consider next checks that source.
If the job was created directly through Consider, update it from Jobs created using Consider.
If a job is missing, out of date, or linked incorrectly, contact support@consider.com and include your company name and the job title.
Consider checks your company information against sources that can include your LinkedIn company page, information provided by the organization operating your job board, and other public sources on the web.
If you would like to update your company information, including your logo, contact support@consider.com and let us know what needs to be changed.
As the host of the job board, you can see the source Consider is using for each company from your workspace.
Go to Companies, open the company, and look for the line showing the number of jobs and the source.
As the host of the job board, you can review this information in Analytics.
Go to Analytics → Job boards → User engagement and select a time period, such as the last 7 days or last 4 weeks.
You can then review company-level metrics including user visits and clicks on apply links.
A Talent Network is an optional Consider product that a job board host can add. It is the host organization’s branded talent community. People choose to join the network and create profiles for talent and hiring purposes.
If the host has made its Talent Network available to member companies, those profiles can also be available in a member company’s Talent Pool.
A Consider Job Board by itself does not give every member company access to Talent Network profiles.
Your company’s Talent Pool can include:
Go to Talent → Talent Pool to review the profiles available to your company.
When colleagues have made their professional connections available through the Consider Chrome Extension, candidate profiles can show when someone on your team is connected to that person.
You can use that information to identify a colleague who may be able to provide context or make an introduction.
A hiring project can be shared with another company, including the organization operating your job board.
Both teams can add profiles to the shared project and work from the same candidate list. Notes and tags added to profiles in the shared project are also shared with the participating teams.
Sharing a project does not give either company access to the other company’s full Talent Pool.
An external view lets you share a project’s candidate list with someone who does not sign in to a Consider workspace.
You can create an external link from the project’s External view tab and optionally protect it with a password.
Before sharing an external view, check the visibility of notes on the candidate profiles. Notes marked Anyone with access can be visible through the external view, while notes marked Colleagues only remain limited to colleagues in your workspace.
Yes, when your workspace has a direct ATS integration.
When candidates are added to a hiring project, Consider can identify whether they are already present in your ATS. This helps your team check existing applicant or recruiting activity before starting new outreach.
Yes. You can download candidates from a project as a CSV file.
Open the project stage containing the candidates, select Export, and choose Download CSV file. Available export formats may include formats intended for use with common ATS platforms.
Contact the organization operating your job board or support@consider.com if your company information on the board needs to be changed.
Admins manage user access and permission levels from Settings → User management.
To invite a colleague, go to Settings → Invite colleagues and enter their work email address or send them an invitation link.
