Your Talent Pool gives your team one place to work with talent gathered from these different sources.
The Talent Network is the host organization’s branded talent community for the companies in its network.
People choose to join that Talent Network and create profiles that can include their background, experience, interests, and other information they provide for hiring and recruiting purposes.
When the host makes its Talent Network available to your company, those Talent Network member profiles can become available alongside the other talent in your workspace.
Use Talent → Talent Pool to search and review the profiles available to your company.
You can use the available search and filters to narrow the results to people who may be relevant to a role or hiring project.
When you find someone you want to consider, add the profile to a hiring project so your team can organize and work with candidates for a specific role or search.
See Hiring projects for more information.
Depending on the tools available to your company, you may also be able to contact candidates or move profiles into your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). See Contacting candidates and ATS for those workflows.
You can add profiles to your Talent Pool manually or import them directly from LinkedIn using the Consider Chrome Extension.
Applicants to jobs your company posts directly through Consider are also added to your Talent Pool.
For more ways to add talent, see Adding candidates.
