Your job board can include companies from your website, from your internal company database, from a spreadsheet you provide, or through individual additions in Consider.
Once a company is added, Consider identifies its public job sources, such as its careers page, third-party job boards, or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collects the available jobs. You do not need to provide job URLs for each company.
If company sync is configured for your job board, Consider reads the company or portfolio list published on your website. Newly listed companies can then be added to the job board automatically.
If you provide Consider with API access to your internal company database, Consider reads the company list. Newly listed companies are then added to the job board automatically.
You can provide a spreadsheet when you want to add a group of companies to the job board. Consider uses the company information in the spreadsheet to set up the companies and identify their public job sources.
You can also add individual companies when needed, without changing the company list on your main website or providing a new spreadsheet.
When a company is added, Consider identifies the relevant public job sources, such as its careers page, third-party job boards, or ATS, and begins collecting its available jobs.
Jobs collected from these sources are updated as the source listings change. New jobs are added, and jobs that close at the source are removed after the next crawl.
You can also add a job manually when a role is not available from a public source. Manually added jobs remain on the board until they are removed manually.
Go to Companies → Current Companies, find the company you want to update, and click Edit.
You can:
Click Submit to save your changes.
You can feature selected companies to give them more prominent placement on the job board.
Featuring a company changes its placement on the board. It does not change the company’s jobs or how applicants apply.
Each member company has its own Consider workspace as soon as it is added to your job board. Admins in that workspace manage access and permissions for their colleagues, so you do not need to set up access for each member. From the workspace, they can review their jobs, add job listings, and use the hiring tools available to them.
Workspace access is separate from the public job board. User access and permissions are covered in Administration, security, and analytics.
