Consider keeps the jobs shown for your company on the job board up to date from your public careers page or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You can also post jobs directly to the job board from your Consider workspace.
Jobs found on your public careers page or ATS are added to the job board and kept up to date as the source changes.
When a new job is published at the source, it can be added to the job board. When a job is no longer open at the source, it is removed from the job board.
Applicants for these jobs continue through the application process associated with your careers page or ATS.
You can create a job in Consider when you want to post a role directly to the job board. There is no additional per-job fee for posting a job this way.
Enter the job details and publish it to the job board. You can set an expiration date or leave the job open until you remove it manually.
Jobs you post this way appear under Jobs created using Consider in your workspace.
To review or manage a job you posted through Consider:
If you set an expiration date, the job will close when that date is reached. Otherwise, remove it manually when you no longer want it shown on the job board.

Applicants via Consider are also added to your company’s Talent Pool, where they can be used in your hiring work.
If a job from your careers page or ATS is missing, out of date, or linked incorrectly, contact support@consider.com and include the company name and job title.
