Consider provides job boards for venture capital firms, accelerators, economic development organizations, and other networks of companies.
A job board brings together open roles from your member companies in one place. Consider collects jobs from company careers pages, third-party job boards (for example LinkedIn and Wellfound), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and updates the board as those source listings change.
You can also add jobs manually when needed.
Job aggregation. Consider regularly checks the careers pages, third-party job boards, and ATS platforms used by your member companies. New roles are added to the board, and roles that close at the source are removed after the next crawl.
Member company setup and sync. Consider can sync with the company or portfolio list on your website or your internal list of companies so newly listed companies can be added to the job board automatically. You can also provide a spreadsheet of the companies you want included. You do not need to supply job URLs for each company.
Your own subdomain. Your job board runs on a dedicated subdomain, such as jobs.yourcompany.com. You configure the required DNS record during setup, and Consider handles the job board deployment.
Design matching. As part of launching your job board, Consider matches its navigation, fonts, colors, and other design elements to your main website. Minor adjustments, such as navigation changes, can be reflected after launch. Larger website redesigns may require additional design work.
Member company workspaces. Member companies can sign in to review their jobs, add job listings, and use the hiring tools available to them.
Analytics. View page views, job clicks, and job distribution and trends across your member companies.
