Adding candidates

Your company has its own Talent Pool in Consider. You can add people to it directly, and some profiles are added automatically through your hiring activity.

Go to Talent → Talent Pool to review the profiles available to your company.

Add a profile from LinkedIn

Use the Consider Chrome Extension to add a profile directly from LinkedIn.

When viewing a person’s LinkedIn profile, use the extension to add them to your Talent Pool or to a hiring project you are working on.

This lets you bring a prospect into Consider without having to re-enter their profile information manually.

Add a profile manually

You can also create a talent profile manually in Consider.

Use this option when you want to add someone who is not being added from LinkedIn or when you want to enter the profile information yourself.

Once added, the profile becomes part of your company’s Talent Pool and can be used in hiring projects.

Applicants via Consider

Applicants to jobs your company posts directly to the job board through Consider are added to your Talent Pool automatically.

These profiles are shown as Applicants via Consider. You do not need to add them separately.

To review applicants for a specific job:

  1. Go to Jobs created using Consider.
  2. Open the job.
  3. Select the Applicants tab.

You can then work with those applicant profiles from your Talent Pool and hiring projects.

Talent Network profiles

If your company has access to the host’s Talent Network, Talent Network member profiles may also be available in your workspace.

You do not need to import these profiles. They are available through the talent access provided by the host.

See Talent Network for more information.

Organize candidates in hiring projects

After a profile is available in your Talent Pool, add it to a hiring project when you want to organize candidates around a specific role or hiring effort.

See Hiring projects for details.
