Use your workspace settings to manage team access, authentication, integrations, and reporting for your Consider workspace.
Consider supports three workspace permission levels:
It is a good practice to have at least two Admins so another administrator can manage access if one Admin is unavailable.
To invite someone to your workspace:
After the person joins the workspace, set their permission level:
Only Admins can manage other users’ access and permission levels.
When someone no longer needs access to Consider, go to Settings → User management and change their status to Disabled.
A disabled user can no longer access the Consider workspace or related services using that account. The account can be made active again later if access needs to be restored.
Disable users promptly when someone leaves your organization or no longer requires access.
An Admin cannot change their own account status or permission level. Another Admin can make that change.
Consider supports SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to access Consider through your organization’s identity provider.
Admins can set up and manage SSO from Settings → Single Sign-On.
Consider can integrate with Applicant Tracking Systems so recruiting teams can use ATS information while working with talent in Consider.
When an ATS integration is configured, Advanced Users and Admins can use ATS information in Consider to help determine whether a candidate is already in the ATS and, where supported, use ATS activity as part of candidate searches and hiring projects.
ATS availability and setup depend on the system your organization uses. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you need to add or change an ATS integration.
Access to workspace and candidate information is controlled through user permissions, workspace membership, Talent Network sharing settings, and shared hiring projects.
Member companies have their own Consider workspaces. Access to a member company workspace does not provide access to your organization’s workspace or Talent Pool.
If your organization has a Consider Talent Network, you can choose whether Talent Network member profiles are available to all member companies or remain available only to your own team.
When a hiring project is shared with a member company, both teams can work with the profiles included in that project. Sharing a project does not give the member company access to your full Talent Pool.
The Analytics section in Consider provides reporting on your job board, talent, hiring projects, and workspace activity.
Analytics has five tabs, each with its own sections:
The information available in each tab reflects the activity and products enabled for your organization.
If you also want job board activity reported into your own Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager property, see Setting up your job board.
